I have spent the last 11 years working at the intersection of business, people, and learning across organizations like Deloitte, Société Générale, and Deutsche Bank. Professionally, I am a Learning & Development leader who enjoys building learning experiences that go beyond slides and theory. My work has largely focused on leadership development, capability building, and large-scale learning programs across Global teams and APAC MEA. I partner closely with business leaders to design initiatives that help professionals communicate better, think more strategically, build stronger relationships, and ultimately perform at their best. During my consulting years at Deloitte, I discovered something fundamental about how I work best. I am an integrator and a pioneer. I enjoy connecting ideas across teams, spotting patterns in people challenges, and creating learning solutions that often don’t exist yet. That curiosity has stayed with me throughout my journey in the banking industry with Société Générale and Deutsche Bank, where I have designed and delivered programs for professionals and senior leaders across multiple markets. Alongside my corporate role, I am also a life coach and an emotional intelligence trainer. I work with working professionals who are navigating demanding careers and looking to build more self-awareness, resilience, and clarity in their personal and professional lives. My coaching work focuses on practical emotional intelligence tools that help people lead themselves and others more consciously. Across both worlds, my work revolves around one core belief — organizations perform better when people understand themselves better. I am deeply interested in leadership psychology, emotional intelligence, and creating workplaces where learning is continuous and growth feels human.
