Aditya has 19+ years of experience in Financial Services and Retail, with extensive experience working with start-ups as well as mature businesses. Managing retail channels for various organizations has helped Aditya develop the skill-set needed to manage large teams and distribute various products across multiple customer segments. After a decade-long stint at various companies (HSBC Bank, ICICI Bank & Maruti Suzuki), Aditya co- founded TranServ – a leading Digital Payments company in India. The same was sold to the IndiaBulls Group in March 2019, thus providing a full cash exit and returns to all the investors (Faering Capital, Nirvana Venture Advisors, IDFC Mutual Fund etc). Building TranServ from inception to a 250+ member team and raising multiple rounds of capital (over 20 Mn USD) has given Aditya the unique experience of building businesses at large scale and graduating them to the next level both organically and inorganically through partnerships. The operations of the company were spread across 20 states with 25k+ Network participants & 3 Mn+ consumers. Developing a leading digital payments platform and its successful amalgamation into a unique digital lending+payments platform post acquisition by IndiaBulls have enabled Aditya to become a subject matter expert on both digital payments and digital lending. Prior to co-founding TranServ, Aditya worked with HSBC Bank, spearheading various National / Business portfolios for products such as Cards, Loans and Mortgages. He was Instrumental in setting up and managing a Pan-India distribution channel for Credit Cards and other Loan products, as well as managing a team of 5000+ Sales Executives with 50 Sales Managers Pan-India for distribution of these products. Aditya had also launched Co-brand Cards with Westside and Spencer’s to expand distribution channels for Credit Cards business
