My background sits at the intersection of AI Solutions and Contact Centers. I've spent my career focused on working with and helping AI start ups understand the contact center space while helping build and grow go-to-market, revenue, and customer experience. I’ve led teams across sales, marketing, partnerships, and CX, with a focus on aligning incentives, tightening feedback loops, and shipping what customers are ready to buy now and enabling them throughout the process to ensure product adoption and retention is met. In 2025, I Co-Founded InfiniTECX which is an AI Solutions Company that we created based on major gaps we've seen in the marketplace around AI Adoption. We help companies evaluate, optimize and automate their AI solutions and adoption throughout the entire lifecycle of an employee.
