• When my colleague and founder of Harkat Studios asked me to come on board as a partner in his start-up boutique studio, I jumped at the opportunity. Over the year there, I donned many hats. Some highlights:
• Creative producer on digital advertising videos, art projects, behind-the-scenes-of feature films' promotional spots, and corporate films. I have been involved in videos from concept stage, through production to delivery, balancing both the creative and execution aspects.
• Handled production for the all the video projects undertaken at Harkat – ensuring that all of our projects are delivered within budget.
• Led the marketing arm at Harkat. I hired and managed the team that handled the brand, marketing and design work.
• Client interface. Made presentations to develop business with potential clients & managed relationships with existing ones.
• Write, oversee design, direct, shoot. Harkat Studios being in start-up mode gave me the opportunity to do a lot of different things. I wrote corporate film scripts, spec pilot episodes and copy for brands. I directed designers. I shot behind the scenes footage, and I even directed an animated TV show. I worked closely with editors to deliver on the creative envisioned. I have been a spot boy and a light man, an EP and a AD and everything in between.

• It was a great experience to work as a member of the core team at PJP as I had the opportunity to see a number of projects from start to finish. Filmography includes Satyagraha, Chakravyuh, Aarakshan (Directed by Prakash Jha) & Turning 30!!! (Directed by Alankrita Shrivastava). Credits available at imdb.com
• Led the marketing effort at PJP for the film Satyagraha, and have been a key member of the core marketing team for Chakravyuh, Aarakshan and Turning 30!!!
• Have worked closely with digital agencies to ideate, plan and execute social media campaigns and also manage spend effectively.
• Have worked with various event management organizations to plan innovative promotional events and ensure smooth execution.
• Been the key liaison with primary actors – negotiating for their dates and optimizing time allotted.
• Have worked closely with publicity teams to build and manage the films perception.
• Have been the key person at PJP on the marketing front while working with UTV(co-producer) for Satyagraha and Eros (co-producer) for Chakravyuh.
• Managed the co-branded marketing associations for Aarakshan, which generated over Rs. 5 cr of tie-ups in cash & kind.
• Co-ordinated and helped organize the premiere of the film Chakravyuh at the 56th BFI London Film Festival.
• Successfully managed shooting schedules such that all films (Satyagraha, Chakravyuh) finished shooting ahead of schedule resulting in lower production costs.
• Managed a team of 33 assistant directors at the shoot of Satyagraha, and led a similarly sized team at the Chakravyuh shoot. (Primary responsibilities as First Assistant included scheduling, casting, micro budget management, general running of the set )
• Worked on Satyagraha, Chakravyuh and Aarakshan from inception to post-release.
• Worked closely with the writer and the publisher of the Satyagraha book to ensure its completion and release in record time, along with that of the film.

• I worked to help build and maintain relationships with various organizations and also led a recruitment campaign to recruit and train 100+ Young Professional Ambassadors for the movement across the country.
• Successfully built and improved relationships with over 50 corporates for the campaign

• Interviewed, recruited and trained all Young Professional Ambassadors for the program.

• Being selected to be a part of the ConOps team was a great opportunity as they were setting up the YouTube team. We were initially only a team of 7 people and had the opportunity to build systems and processes from scratch:
• Was selected to create and analyze monthly reports to be presented to YouTube’s top management due to my ability to understand and interpret data in a meaningful way
• Attended the Global Google Sales Conference and the 1st YouTube Global Conference held in San Jose.
• Was selected to be part of the team that evaluates quality for the APAC region because of my excellent understanding of the processes, leadership skills and my ability to communicate effectively.
• Was given the additional responsibility of making contributions to the Editorial team
• Was assigned to send out YouTube Report to the rest of the India team, as well as be the liaison between the offices in Mountain View, Dublin and Hyderabad leading to improved communication and teamwork across offices.
