• Conducted Hierarchical Task Analysis (HTA) to map out user workflows and identify friction points.
• Restructured the information architecture based on user insights, enhancing navigation and accessibility.
• Designed wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and mockups, aligning with usability principles to create a seamless mobile experience.
• This project was part of my graduation thesis in Interaction Design at the National Institute of Design, focusing on optimizing digital healthcare tools for clinicians.
