  • For the MeridianLink project I led the closure and export of data from the current HIRS system (ExponentHR) and relevant data from the 401k provider for the acquired business entities. And worked with the new provider (ADP) post acquisition with MeridianLink. In addition to normal onboarding items of a new company such working with leadership to determine the go forward plan for policies, procedures, benefits and general operations.
  • On the CRIF select side of the business, we condensed a 4-month enterprise project into six weeks with successful negotiation between vendors and tax entities, brokerage firms and benefit providers, with successful implementation.
