• Led a team of four consisting of APMs and business analysts for the inventory product team to solve problem statements around inventory availability
• Inventory Management:
• Worked with UX, data and engineering to build a tool for 'virtual inventory', resulting in a contribution of 2% GMV during the GOBD sale
• Built roadmap and executed MVP for Grofers' EDI Integration capability (Vendor - Retailer integrations) to seamlessly exchange Purchase Orders, Advance Shipment Notices from Vendors
• Finance and compliance:
• Lead product manager in a re-architecture project for building a new service focused on financial transactions across purchase and warehouse services
• Built a quick solution around the government’s E-Invoicing regulation; studied Government’s API documentation to identify information gaps in systems across the org

• Built a roadmap for the unloading app to digitise the inwarding process and improve efficiencies. Worked with UX and engineering to define new charters and deliverables around the capabilities
• Discovered new features around cost-reductions by conducting experiments with data and operations in order to improve the business sustainability
• Built a forecast-based feature to split inventory between bulk storage and fast-picking zones to reduce effort in inventory replenishment by 15%, that translated to a reduction in cost/order of Rs. 2
• Conceptualised, designed & built distributed inventory management capability in the product and increased monthly order capacity by 20000 orders, contributing to Rs. 4 Cr worth of business during Grofers’ GOBD Sale.
