About

I love crafting enduring stories that move people. I believe in the power of science and tech in transforming the human experience for the better. Fortunately for me, this passion and that belief have combined into a rewarding career in Corporate Communications. My journey has brought me to Atlassian, a company I've admired for years—and I'm excited to be leading executive and corporate communications for them in India. Prior to this, for 8 years I was part of the most exciting phase of Google's growth, and its burgeoning role in India's internet ecosystem. My role as the Internal Comms Lead for India was bringing Googlers along on this journey; facilitating an authentic dialogue between them and the company's leadership on mission, product and business strategy, culture, and DEI priorities. I helped shape the internal comms strategy and scaled the function to meet the demands of a workforce that grew a staggering 5x during my tenure—and of an operational footprint and complexity that grew even larger! And that continues to be the plan for the foreseeable future: keep driving communications impact at some of our generation's most significant, global tech companies. Tell compelling stories about the triumph of human volition over adversity. Help leaders articulate a clear stance on important moments—such as the one the world finds itself in right now, with the limitless potential benefits and pitfalls of AI. And sustain employee pride and trust as they scale their organizations exponentially in complex business environments.
