• Coordinate and manage the regulatory incident reporting process across technology, operations and business teams
• Ensure all reportable incidents are identified, assessed, documented, and communicated to the relevant regulatory authorities within prescribed timelines
• Prepare and validate incident reports for accuracy, consistency, and completeness before submission

• Regulatory Compliance
• Interpret regulatory requirements (local and international) related to incident reporting (e.g., RBI, SEBI, MAS, IRDA, etc., depending on jurisdiction)
• Ensure organizational policies and procedures comply with evolving regulatory standards.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for regulatory incident reporting obligations
• Liaise with risk, legal, compliance, and audit teams to align incident handling with compliance frameworks
• Stakeholder & Governance
• Engage with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders for queries, clarifications, and post-incident reviews
• Conduct governance reviews and reporting to senior management committees
• Partner with IT, security, operations, and risk teams to enhance incident prevention and response
• Process Improvement & Risk Management
• Develop, maintain, and improve processes, controls, and automation for efficient reporting
• Support root cause analysis (RCA) reviews and ensure lessons learned are captured and acted upon
• Ensure effective record-keeping for regulatory inspections and audits
