  • To identify top concerns/questions customers post in social media using Citi Handle - Aim for this analysis was to identify top concerns that lead customers to social media. Using the sophisticated tools and techniques I was able to identify top 10 reasons, few of which we didn't expect to be in there.

  • New role with new team. Being part of Pricing Analytics was interesting, demanding and certainly challenging. This team helped me gain understanding of P&L model for the cards business and gain the perspective to understand critical business decisions. Few key projects I worked on as part of this team are:
  • APR Rebalancing - Interest rate is a major revenue lever for card business and in this project we aimed at reviewing the existing rate for all customers and based on their risk profile, product and competitive interest rate for similar product we made an estimate of their new interest rates. And took necessary measures based on this analysis.
  • Risk Balance forecasting - Solely did an analysis to forecast the balance, revolving balance and weighted APR for the risky customers, taking into account their tenure, profile and past performance on-us. Forecast was done for 3 years leveraging 9 years of historical data. First year forecast was found to be within 2% of actuals.
