My journey at LenDenClub has been closely connected with the company’s growth, evolution, and transformation over the years. I started my career with LenDenClub in 2015, initially managing the Investments team while also taking on multiple operational responsibilities during the startup phase. As the organization scaled, I expanded my role to lead both Investments and Collections functions from 2017 to 2019, focusing on operational efficiency, team management, and strengthening recovery processes. In 2020, I transitioned into the Credit function, where I worked extensively on building automation-driven systems and scalable credit processes. Over the next two years, we successfully created impactful automation frameworks that improved efficiency, decision-making, and operational scalability within the credit ecosystem. By 2023, I was managing both Operations and Credit, contributing toward business execution, cross-functional alignment, process optimization, building automation and strategic growth initiatives. Alongside operational leadership, I was actively involved in annual business planning, strategic discussions, and organizational growth initiatives. In 2024, I transitioned from day-to-day operational responsibilities and became part of the Board of Directors at LenDenClub, contributing toward strategic direction, leadership alignment, and organizational growth. Currently, I am associated with LenDenClub as an HR Advisor, where I am focused on building future-ready and technology-driven organizational systems. My work involves creating automated processes, building data-driven analysis frameworks, leveraging AI-based tools to improve efficiency and decision-making, strengthening operational and people processes, and contributing toward strategic planning to help achieve long-term organizational goals. I strongly believe that businesses achieve sustainable growth when strong systems, technology, people, and strategy work together. My professional journey has provided me with hands-on exposure across operations, credit, collections, automation, strategy, leadership, and people management — enabling me to develop a holistic understanding of how organizations scale effectively through execution excellence, innovation, process discipline, and empowered teams. Passionate about building organizations that are agile, scalable, people-first, and prepared for the future.
