  • 1) Project ‘To identify leakages in the existing network complaint management process and suggest process changes to ensure correct and timely resolution and close looping’ was given by the Quality Team Leader (HP State).
  • Studied the Network Complaint Management Process used at Reliance Jio.
  • Audited a sample based on closed SRs on different issues which was taken in approximation to actual trend consisting of 32 % voice related issues, 36% data related issues, 7 % SMS related issues, 25 % coverage issues in order to identify process gaps.
  • Based on those gaps, process improvements were suggested which could be used for proper solutions to customer complaints.
  • 2) Project ’DSS Sales Buddy Program’ was initiated to improve the performance of DSS which is low in the month of June. DSS (Digital Sales Specialist) is a person who is assigned to a particular outlet to promote Jio products & services through various MARCOM tools.
  • Handled a team of 147 DSS and improved their performance by solving the issues, DSS were facing like salary issues, Jio Beat planner issue, Network issue, 4G phones issue.
  • In addition, required support was provided to them.
  • At last, the productivity was increased to 2.02 times than the previous month.
