I put the “human” back in human resources! At Covvalent, I turn 0→1 talent into scalable teams & create HR that actually works: policies people get, PMS frameworks that don’t gather dust and feedback loops that spark growth instead of dread. I hire fast, scale smart and keep culture intact, all while making work a place people want to be. Before this, I was the HR glue at Meesho, Zomato, Techjockey and Cvent, helping founders and leaders hire the right people, at the right time, for the right impact. I didn’t get a degree in HR. But I’ve learned that HR isn’t about a piece of paper; it’s about doing it, scaling it and making it work.
