The crude oil is being collected, compressed and then again collected at Kalol CTF (Collection of oil from Kalol, Sanand, Jhalore, South Kadi, Viraj, Paliyad, Limbodra). Its total collection is of 6000m3/day. Crude oil is received from various GGS. The oil which is having higher water cut is sent to heater treated while oil having low water is directly dispatched to desalt. This is the main function of CTF.
This oil is transferred to the group gathering station (GGS-VII) where well fluid is connected in header from various wells through pipeline network. There gas is separated from liquid in group separator and send to GCP through GGS to return back compressed gas for gas lift wells.
The oil is sent to the EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT (ETP)-II (KALOL) objective is to collect effluent from various GGS and CTF and treat that water. Its production is 1000 m3/day and 50m3/day (max) of oil and power consumption is 19378 KW/day. For further chemical treatment oil is sent to EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT (ETP)-II (KALOL).
