I've worked closely with leaders at consequential moments — through transitions, scale, ambiguity, and change — usually close to where the pressure is highest. Most of that time, the technical problems were the easy part. I've lived across four continents and worked across many more. It's shown me that while contexts change, what people are navigating is often more similar than it looks. That perspective shapes how I listen — with fewer assumptions and more curiosity about what's actually in the room.
