I'm the Product Guy who sits at an uncomfortable intersection. I write the PRD in the morning and debug the API by afternoon. Currently building at Algothm, an early-stage ERP & B2B SaaS consultancy, where I own product end-to-end, client discovery, roadmaps, feature specs, and implementation. No handoffs. No "that's not my job." Just getting things shipped. In the last few months I've built a CRM integration that auto-creates leads from webhooks of different platforms like TradeIndia, IndiaMart, designed a GPS-based field sales tracking system, architected a 14-month ERP implementation roadmap for a precision manufacturing client, and integrated telephony data into a live sales pipeline. I think in product frameworks but execute in Python. I'm always interested in hard product problems, sharp teams, and businesses where technology is still an unsolved variable.

  • Sole PM for Ajanta Bottle’s ERPNext implementation. managed stakeholders across sales, accounts, and HR; redesigned workflows by removing redundant steps and rebuilding journeys based on business logic and user interviews.
  • Diagnosed a recurring data gap issue raised in every leadership review. Root cause: poor field design, not user behavior. Redesigned the Customer DocType. renamed fields to match sales language, added auto-fetch logic, and introduced a live completion meter + gap score for real-time data visibility. Designed, coded, raised PR, and got it reviewed with Frappe developers.
  • Built omnichannel lead integration: IndiaMART webhook (real-time ingestion, auto-industry classification, deduplication) and MyOperator telephony (inbound calls auto-create CRM leads every 10 mins). eliminated manual lead entry across both channels.
  • Designed and shipped an Appointment Module for field sales. GPS check-in/check-out, scheduling flows, and visit outcome tracking. Replaced Excel-based visit logging with structured, visible data.
  • Built a Sales Performance Scoring System measuring visit timeliness, data quality (AI-scored via Claude API), and effectiveness. gave managers structured weekly rep behavior reports for the first time.
  • Conducted RCA on 55% monthly missed call rate. Found root cause in IVR layer ordering. Restructured flow. improved sales connect rate with zero engineering effort.
