About

I’m a people-focused HR professional passionate about building thoughtful, high-performing workplaces where employees and organizations can thrive together. As a Corporate Senior HR Generalist at EchoStar Corporation, I partner with leaders and teams to deliver strategic and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle. My work focuses on strengthening organizational effectiveness, enhancing the employee experience, and aligning people strategies with business goals. My background blends Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and Business strategy. I hold dual master’s degrees in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management and an MBA from Appalachian State University, along with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science from University of Kansas. This foundation allows me to approach HR challenges through both a data-informed and human-centered lens. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across areas such as: • Employee relations and workplace strategy • Organizational development and leadership support • Talent processes and HR operations • HR systems and data-informed decision making • Employee engagement and experience initiatives Before stepping into my current role, I supported HR leadership and Talent Acquisition teams in driving operational excellence and improving team member experience. I’m particularly interested in how HR can use behavioral science, data, and strong partnerships with leaders to create workplaces where people feel engaged, supported, and empowered to do their best work. Outside of work, you’ll often find me exploring Colorado’s outdoors, planning my next adventure, or spending time with family and friends.
