I'm a founder and consultant who specializes in transforming businesses, bringing over 20 years of experience. I've worked across strategy, managing projects and operations (PMO), improving business performance, transforming HR, and leading change through digital and data initiatives. I've done this in corporate settings, consulting firms, and as an entrepreneur. My career is really a mix of leading within established companies and building my own ventures. My entrepreneurial side first showed when I launched GeopFX back in 2018. It's a consulting firm I started myself (bootstrapped), and through it, I worked as both an entrepreneur and an independent consultant. I partnered with startups and small-to-medium businesses, helping them transform their business processes, design how they operate, and execute their market entry plans. In 2022, I made a conscious decision to step back into a corporate leadership role with Worxpertise. I took on the position of Head – Business Excellence & Strategy, working closely with the Managing Director's office. That period really allowed me to broaden my impact, working on an enterprise-wide scale. I led various cross-functional transformation projects, managed PMO governance, oversaw certifications, drove digital enablement efforts, and worked on cost optimization initiatives across different locations. Then, starting in June 2024, I relaunched and reimagined GeopFX. I approached it with a fresh focus, clear direction, and a renewed ambition, this time as a Co-Founder alongside a partner. Our shared vision is to carefully build GeopFX over the next three years into a respected boutique consulting firm. We aim to serve Startups, MSMEs, and mid-market organizations throughout India and the APAC region.
