I have 25 + years of experience in the Service Industry. I head a company that hires, trains and places freshers in front line services. We also provide Hr services to Companies in the areas of Performance Management, Labour Law Compliance , Learning and Development and Recruitment. I have worked with Magus Customer Dialog Pvt Ltd, a domestic BPO for 17 years. Here, I headed the National HR vertical as Chief People Officer overseeing 5000 people. I have had the opportunity to work closely with the Leadership team in aligning business objectives with employees and management units and have been able to successfully develop a culture of "pay for performance" with benchmarking, career development and retention of the right set of employees. In my second innings as an Entrepreneur, I work with start ups to set up their people framework with focus on compliance , coaching and mentoring the core teams on performance strategies . I also have a NGO set up by my family , in which we train young freshers who do not have access to formal personality development training . We train them and place them in their first jobs, thus boosting their chances to have a successful professional career .
