• Having spent nearly twenty years in HR search, both managing HR recruitment assignments and running a search function, I set up Hemmingsway Search to support both corporate HR teams and the HR practices of leading search firms to identify and source top talent in the HR arena. I work on one assignment at a time giving me the time, space and focus required to be both committed and thorough in the work that I do and the service I provide to my clients (which includes my candidates). I do what I do because I love to find people jobs that they are excited about.
• I have a strong HR network and have worked for clients across all sectors both in the UK and internationally - including (amongst many others) - Vodafone, Diageo, PepsiCo, Coca Cola Enterprises, LV=, Barclays, Cisco, RSA and BT.
• I have recruited for and placed HR professionals in roles at all levels and across all HR functional areas: Group HRD, CHRO, Senior HR Business Partner, Talent Director, Senior HR Business Partner, Head of HR, HR Controller, Reward Director, Resourcing Director, Regional HR Director, Head of OD, Reward Manager, Head of Change, UK HR Director and so the list goes on...

• I managed the Research function of Strategic Dimensions, a leading executive search firm specialising in the recruitment of high calibre HR professionals across the UK and internationally.
• My role was to lead the research team in providing a first class search offering to the Consultants and Partners - identifying candidates through a wide variety of different search techniques.
• Previously operated as a client facing consultant at Strategic Dimensions, and have managed a wide range of different HR assignments, including Reward Directors, Heads of OD, Heads of HR, Head of Operations, HR Business Partners etc. Roles typically ranged from £80K - £150K+.
