• Promoted to full time strategy manager leading the company's new initiatives program, where we set out ambitious goals of creating net-zero infrastructure. This involved helping on the company's building planning, including meeting and negotiating with vendors such as ViewGlass which offer transition glass for the buildings exterior. It also included planning work, for implementing a direct current infrastructure for the buildings power supply - which would make it a pioneering technology in commercial real estate construction. Additionally, we planned out various cooling and air purification systems for the commercial real estate assets. More recently, we've begun design and manufacturing of chargers for electric vehicles.

• Working with the company's new initiatives team, I was tasked initially with helping the company venture out and find new businesses. Helped the company form a cryptocurrency operation, and worked on sourcing GPUs and running the systems. Additionally, built marketing campaigns on other projects including the Volta Rydes corporate chaffeur service, which operated a fully electric fleet of cars offering carbon free transport. My role included creating the name of the service and figuring out car design, as well as the website's infrastructure.

• Wrote and directed a short film - as a personal project, working on producing, writing, directing, casting and editing for the film. Built and lead a team of over 30 people to work on a short film set to appear at various film festivals in 2024.

Handled presentations and meetings with major clients, and built expansive marketing/advertising campaigns. Involved in handling SEO, website development, TV advertising, programmatic advertising, social media campaigns, mailers, and more. Helped build a new system of processing major bank advertising and safety campaigns during the March 2020 lockdowns in New York, in order to provide speedy services to clients, as restrictions were changing. Also lead the bank's mortgage applications sales to various communities of color.
