About

I am a Ph.D. Research Scholar in Chemical Engineering at IIT Roorkee, driven by a deep curiosity for how thermochemical systems work and how we can engineer them to power a more sustainable world. My research spans gasification, hydrogen and syngas production, biomass thermochemical conversion, pyrolysis, biofuels, bioenergy systems, and reaction & kinetic modeling. At the core of my work is a simple but powerful question: how can we design cleaner, more efficient energy systems that are both scientifically rigorous and industrially viable? I work at the intersection of reaction engineering, experimental analysis, and process simulation. From kinetic modeling and thermogravimetric analysis to optimization and Aspen Plus simulations, I enjoy translating complex reaction behavior into scalable engineering solutions. My approach blends fundamental understanding with practical application - because impactful research must move beyond theory. I am particularly motivated by hydrogen technologies and next-generation clean fuels that support global decarbonization. I believe the future of energy lies in integrating strong scientific foundations with systems-level thinking and sustainability-driven innovation. Beyond research, I value mentorship, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. I see engineering not just as a discipline, but as a responsibility - to develop technologies that are efficient, equitable, and future-ready. I am open to global collaborations, interdisciplinary research partnerships, and opportunities that challenge conventional thinking in clean energy and sustainable process engineering.
