About

20+ years of software experience in all the stages of project lifecycle including requirements elicitation, architecting, designing, developing and testing medium to large scale platforms and applications using Microsoft technologies. Starting as a software tester and later as a developer and developer lead, I have worked in Microsoft projects for over 11 years and have led development and test teams. My assignments included development and testing of web application, products, platform services, windows applications and operating system. While working on my assignments I have played multiple roles within the teams at Microsoft and Cisco offices in US as well as vendor locations in India. During my tenure in the lead role I have led teams of size 3 to 12. My hard work, problem analysis and solving capabilities and communication skills have been well appreciated by many of my team mates and managers throughout my professional career. At UiPath, have worked as individual contributor and later in leadership role for Action Center. Got the opportunity to lead, start and scale the Test Manager engineering team in India, which owns various areas of UiPath Test Suite. It is one of the important products for the organization and is seeing rapid adoption.
