• As HR Manager at eQOURSE, I lead the full spectrum of human-resources functions for both our in-office and remote teams—especially supporting our large-scale online tutoring workforce and our offline staff. Key responsibilities include:
• Driving end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and integration of teaching and administrative staff (both online tutors and on-site employees).
• Managing performance-management frameworks, development plans and training initiatives tailored to hybrid (online + offline) workforces.
• Designing and administering compensation, benefits and retention strategies suited to remote-working tutors as well as in-centre employees.
• Facilitating employee relations, supporting a positive culture across virtual and physical environments, and resolving issues to maintain engagement and productivity.
• Developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance across both remote operations and on-site functions, and maintaining HR systems/data for both online & offline teams.
• Partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational objectives—especially as we scale one-on-one tutoring programs and grow our team.
