I’m curious about how systems work. Why do logistics systems fail? Why do customers return products? Why do small operational decisions affect large businesses? Most of my work revolves around answering questions like these using data. Currently, I work as a Senior Business Analyst at Park+, where I operate at the intersection of analytics, operations, growth and product. My role involves translating large datasets into actionable insights that help teams make faster and better business decisions. Some of the problems I’ve worked on include identifying drivers behind customer returns, improving operational visibility through dashboards, and supporting teams with data-backed insights for decision making. Before moving deeper into analytics, I spent time working closely with business operations. That experience helped me understand that data alone doesn’t solve problems — understanding systems does. Today, my work and interests sit at the intersection of: Analytics × Operations × Growth × Product Thinking I’m currently also exploring product thinking more deeply through a product cohort while continuing to apply analytics to real business problems.
