I'm back, and I'm here to grow the Second Stage of Etumos Growth. -- I bootstrapped my company "Etumos" in August 2014 as a high-end marketing technology consulting firm with Google as our first client. For 6 years, I cut my teeth doing hands-on-keyboard consulting, usually-in-person consulting for the top tech companies around. I built the future with the best. It was and is thrilling. We grew Etumos, and I loved that phase of our growth as a company with the energy in the (*fully remote*) room. I passed the leadership baton and learned the next levels of the game, dabbling in Angel Investing and accredited investing, learning how the next-higher echelon of brilliant business people and investors and legitimate leaders think and operate. During my first period of company leadership, I used authentic growth techniques to grow Etumos into the market-defining marketing technology consulting firm in Tech, topping out our growth speed at faster than 100% revenue growth YoY with healthy margins for 3 consecutive years. We have excelled in our niche. Growth Stage 1: By 2017, we were $1mm in revenue, fully remote, with 6 employees over 3 states. By 2020, we were $6.5mm in revenue, fully remote, with 39 employees over 19 states. By 2022, we were $9.5mm in revenue, fully remote, with 55+ employees over 25+ states. From 2023 to 2025, we were on the slow decline along with Big Tech. Growth Stage 2: From 2026, we go up again, smarter this time.
