Interesting experience making it to Honda..only non Masters (non Paint Tech) guy at Painting Quality. Our head, Amit Jain sir must have been a brave man; definitely as cool as a cucumber. Wonderful experience learning with some terrific seniors (Mahipal San and Sunaga San among others).. Amazing to see such beauties result from your work at Honda.. Realised what learning actually is from a semiliterate touch-up guy working on the new launch Accord..taught me physics with an example that changed me as a 'thinking person' for ever..Knowledge is all around us!!

Wonderful experience making friends from all over India, in a beautiful and remote village of Tamilnadu, learning Tamil and absorbing the richness of its culture.........and at the same time breaking production and quality records, winning the national award to TQM in water management for MALCO, and making friends with the staff, workers and foremen like we were all batchmates...life!!
