About

Revenue is built in the details: the playbooks, the coaching conversations, the renewals nobody else wants to own, and the deals that look impossible until they're closed. I've built sales organizations from the ground up and led them through the kind of growth that changes what a company believes is possible. That means doing the strategic work and staying close enough to the ground to know when something isn't working. My strengths as a VP of Sales are threefold. I build teams that perform at scale, with the structure, culture, and enablement to sustain it. I close enterprise deals personally, from C-suite negotiations to eight-figure renewals. And I design the GTM infrastructure that lets both happen consistently, not just once. I've scaled revenue from $20M to $98M, grown ARR from $64.4M to $89M, and built a 50+ person team that closed $78M in ACV in a single year. I've built sales systems across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise that took turnover from 24% to 3% and kept the team performing through four consecutive years of net new revenue growth. I've led sales across SaaS, on-demand delivery, B2B marketplaces, and enterprise distribution. Each required a different motion, a different buyer, and a different framework. I've built all of them and know how to adapt the model without losing the discipline that makes it work. If you're scaling a revenue organization and need a leader who builds with process, develops people, and closes at the top of the market, let's connect.
