I carry forward the legacy of my grandfather, Dr Hare Krishna Mitra, a doctor remembered for his ethics and boundless compassion, but I practise it in health insurance instead of medicine. What that looks like every day 1️⃣ I diagnose coverage gaps before an illness does, so clients buy what they actually need, not what pays the highest commission. 2️⃣I teach the inside rules like waiting periods, sub-limits, exclusions, until the jargon feels as clear as a doctor’s prescription. 3️⃣ I run 1-to-1 consults that start with the family’s health history and end with a tailored plan, not a one-size-fits-all brochure. 4️⃣ I give a second opinion on policies already in hand, spotting mis-selling, hidden deductibles, and things that drain premiums without adding protection. I don’t pitch. I prescribe, just as my grandpa did.
