• Director at RDCPL GREEN, a fast-growing infrastructure and construction company specializing in Civil Works, Mechanical Works, and Turnkey EPC Solutions for Ethanol Plants, Sugar Factories, Power and Solar Projects, CBG Facilities, Industrial Units, and Residential & Commercial Developments across India.
• A Civil Engineer from IIT Dhanbad and an MBA from IIT Delhi, I bring a multifaceted background in industrial construction, operations, marketing, and finance, enabling me to lead large-scale projects from concept to commissioning with efficiency and precision.
• My career began at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), where I managed civil works for gas bottling facilities. Later, as Project In-Charge at HPCL Biofuels Limited, I successfully oversaw the operations and management of two integrated facilities, achieving milestones such as:
• Leading Sugar (3500 TCD), Power (20 MW), and Ethanol (60 KLPD) plant operations
• Implementing structural improvements in HR and Finance systems
• Preparing a comprehensive Sugar Plant Expansion Project Report
• Driving energy optimization and cost-reduction initiatives
• Steering CBG projects utilizing press mud and spent wash
• Supervising DCS upgrades to enhance reliability and efficiency
• Recognizing India’s growing need for sustainable, scalable, and innovative infrastructure, I established RDCPL GREEN with a team of IIT and IIM alumni. Our mission is to deliver cost-effective, high-quality industrial and renewable energy projects that support the nation’s development goals.
