I lead a team of IT Business Services Partners at Progress Software. We are lifelong learners - part project manager, product manager, business systems analyst, data architect and life hack expert. And don’t tell us that we can’t change a bad process because it’s always been done that way. We will tear it down. My career journey has taken me across many business functions and departments within companies from 2,000 employees to 200,000 employees. I am passionate about collaboration, transparency, inclusion and servant leadership.
