About

I work as CTO at Rapsodoo, one of the leading european companies with regard to Odoo-based solutions for medium businesses and bigger organizations. Previously I led the technical team at Openforce as CTO. During the whole 2015 I have been CTO at beFair, an Italian based company involved in the development of custom Open Source software for several clients. In February 2014 I joined Cloud Academy Inc. (http://cloudacademy.com) with the role of Head of Content Strategy: I lead the Cloud Academy Content Team, was responsible of defining the global strategy for the contents of the platform, and was also involved in managing and growing the Community of our users. Also, I focused on relationships with key partners who were interested in taking advantage of Cloud Academy for their products. Since January 2013 to February 2014 I have been employed as a Software Engineer by Yellow S.r.L., where I took care of developing the control interface for an unmanned WiFi-guided modular submarine. I am a Free Software activist and passionate Open Source Developer. I have been an Ubuntu Developer since April 2008 and a Debian Developer since 2013. In both cases I have been involved in managing Python-related packages and in Quality Assurance. In those communities I had the opportunity to work with valued fellow developers and to improve my skills with regard to team-working and community management. Also, in both cases I had the opportunity to enhance my knowledge in Linux Programming, Linux System Administration, Bug triaging and Quality Assurance. Prior to that, I've been: - Freelance Software Developer and ICT consultant for several companies; - Community Manager at BeeSeek.org; - ICT Consultant and System Administrator at the De Pascalis Forensic Medicine Office, Chieti; - Technical blogger at HTML.it; - System Administrator and Software Developer at CompuEdu, Chieti.
