• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment life cycle for different level of positions across PAN India
• Responsible to understand and client specification and analyze the Job Description (JD) requirements in different domain categories

• Responsible for sourcing, screening, conducting initial interviews and shortlisting the applicants as per the requirement

• Coordinating with hiring managers to identify needs, plan interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and arranging for further interview schedules
• Hiring candidates for top IT, Banking and Investment banking client companies for IT Recruitment
