• Key Responsibilities:
• Design Development: Assist in creating architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion for 2D drafting and 3D visualization.
• Client & Authority Coordination:Lead discussions with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to align design intent with project requirements.
• Regulatory Compliance:Prepare and submit documentation for approvals from DDA (Dubai Development Authority), DM (Dubai Municipality), RTA (Roads & Transport Authority), TAKHEES (Dubai Fire Code), and JAFZA (Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority).
• Project Coordination:Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery while adhering to local codes and sustainability standards.
• Visualization & Presentation:Produce high-quality renderings, walkthroughs, and presentations to effectively communicate design proposals.
• Site Supervision: Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress, resolve design discrepancies, and ensure compliance with approved plans.
