I am a BBA Graduate (Marketing Major) from Shanker Dev Campus, Tribhuvan University, graduating with a CGPA of 3.97/4.00 and honored twice as University Topper (3rd and 7th semesters, both with a perfect 4.0 GPA). My academic journey gave me strong foundations in quantitative courses such as Business Statistics, Operations Research, and Marketing Research, while my final-year project, “Effect of Surrogate Advertising on Consumer Behavior”, allowed me to apply these concepts in practice. Using SPSS for correlation, regression, and reliability testing, I learned how to transform raw survey data into meaningful insights that can guide business strategy. Professionally, I have gained diverse experience: • Business Operations & Data Analyst at Daunne Agro Farm Ltd., where I designed dashboards, streamlined reporting, and improved data flows between sales and accounts. • Co-Founder & CEO of LSS Media Pvt. Ltd., where I lead strategy, audience analytics, and creative operations for the YouTube/Instagram channel Long Story Short. I focus on applying insights from CTR, retention, and funnel analysis to grow both reach and impact. My leadership journey has been shaped by the Rotary fraternity, which I joined out of a belief that education and opportunity should always be given back to the community. Beginning as an Interactor in school, I later transitioned to Rotaract, where I served as Charter Secretary (2023–24) and President (2024–25) of the Rotaract Club of Central Valley Kasthamandap. At the district level, I continue to serve as Advisor & Trainer for Interact Clubs (Rotaract District 3292, Nepal & Bhutan), helping mentor young leaders (ages 12–18) in leadership, community service, and sustainable impact. Looking ahead, I aspire to grow as a Business & Data Analyst, with a strong interest in bridging the gap between data and decision-making. My goal is to use analytics not only to improve business efficiency and strategy but also to create opportunities that uplift communities.
