• Leading a major project of Mastercard Credit Cards tokenization in Japan marketplace i.e. amazon.co.jp. This impacts 100% of the MasterCard Credit Card transactions for a leading partner in Japan that handles 70% of Credit card transactions in the Japan marketplace.
• The Credit Card tokenization project adds a major COP(Cost of payment) advantage of around 2-3% to Amazon as well as an immensely enhanced CX with new card art and additional details shown on the checkout page.
• The entire implementation and development work has been across different payment services with various objectives that are well integrated through micro-services architecture.
• Accomplished a project to store hardcoded Critical partner endpoint credentials in a separate storage service. Migrated from legacy credential managing service and integrated AWS Secrets Manager in a non-AWS service in efforts to achieve the goal.
• Exceedingly contributed to Amazon's culture of operations excellence by handling on-call responsibilities, especially during Amazon Prime Day, Cyber Monday, and Black Friday which is a major sale season in Japan marketplace.
• Turned into an Amazon-certified Interviewer and took around 20 interviews and counting.
• Working with a fast-paced "Amazon Payment Products" team, handled and developed multiple payment methods along with major partners from Japan.
