• Falcon Next-Gen SIEM:
• Leading a group of talented frontend engineers responsible for building intuitive and resilient interfaces that power large-scale data ingestion, normalization, and enrichment pipelines. Our mission is to make it seamless for customers to onboard diverse security data sources into CrowdStrike’s SIEM platform — enabling real-time visibility, threat detection, and investigation at cloud scale.
• Beyond delivery, my focus is on engineering excellence, team growth, and cross-functional collaboration. I work closely with Product, UX, and Backend leaders to:
• Drive end-to-end ownership of product features — from ideation to release and post-release telemetry.
• Define engineering OKRs, SLIs/SLOs, and quality metrics to ensure reliability and performance.
• Foster a culture of mentorship, autonomy, and continuous learning, helping engineers grow in technical depth and leadership skills.
• Streamline processes around releases, testing, and observability, including E2E automation, performance monitoring, and incident response.
• Partner with stakeholders to align roadmap priorities, manage ambiguity, and balance delivery with innovation.
• This role combines hands-on technical guidance with strategic leadership — ensuring our teams not only ship impactful software but also evolve as high-performing, customer-focused engineering units.
