  • Worked on a project to initiate cross-organization learning in SRIB by finding knowledge hotspots and designed ways to activate transfer of knowledge from the same. For this, coordinated with HR part heads, HR Business partners, COE heads, COE Group heads, Part heads, team leads and software engineers from various teams. Also conducted interviews and focused group discussions of around 100 people in order to find out the disablers of knowledge sharing between various teams. From these, was able to perform needs assessment and found out 5 critical knowledge hotspots in the company.
  • Designed a pilot with a budget of 1.5 lacs and targeting around 1000 employees using the gamification techniques to increase the engagement of an existing tacit knowledge sharing online platform in one of these knowledge hotspots. The gamification techniques helped in nudging people into developing a habit of sharing their experiential learning.
  • Also launched a formal mentorship program involving 14 cross team groups of 5-6 members each which increased the awareness about the importance of peer learning among the leadership and subject matter experts and also encouraged others to share the tacit knowledge after getting inspired by the success stories.
