About

I’ve been in tech for 8+ years, starting out in recruiting and eventually growing into a Global Talent Business Partner role. A big part of my work was helping teams scale across different regions, working closely with delivery and leadership to figure out what actually makes sense not just on paper, but in real life. Over time, I found myself getting more involved on the pre-sales side thinking through how we shape deals, structure teams, and present solutions to clients. That transition felt pretty natural, because staffing is such a big part of whether a deal actually works or not. Now I focus more on pre-sales, partnering with account teams to figure out the right approach for each opportunity from early discovery to how we position the solution and build the team behind it. I like working in that space where things are still a bit messy connecting the dots, bringing structure, and helping turn ideas into something real.
