Currently at Myntra, India's biggest Fashion E-commerce, I am Head of HR for Supply Chain and Customer Experience functions across the country, and Head of Talent acquisition for all entities. I am responsible for all aspects of Talent Development, Learning, Leadership Development, Succession planning, performance enablement and Talent Acquisition for the services organization. I am also the authority and signoff for my team of HRBP’s and Recruiters  who execute all aspects of Talent Strategy for businesses across the country. Prior to Myntra, I was the Head of Talent Acquisition at OLA, which is the leading Technology Public Transportation startup in India. I was responsible for setting up the Talent function. In addition to setting up the Talent Acquisition team, I was also responsible for design and implementation of various HR systems & processes that helped the team and organization deliver better business results. I was instrumental in setting up the Engineering & Business organization, hiring of the leadership team. In addition, I worked closely with the Founders advising them on people and organizational issues , solutions and priorities. Prior to OLA, I spent 6 years with VMware India where I was leading the Talent Acquisition function. I worked closely with global leaders in setting up Engineering and Shared Services teams in India, Singapore & Malaysia. I have worked across sectors - Consumer Internet, Technology and Fin Tech etc and with companies of varying size and different business cycles (start-ups to large companies). I have extensive experience of working with businesses and leaders across Asia Pacific & North America advising them on organizational, business and people issues.
