• Designed, developed and integrated service from scratch while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-impact project using tech stacks such as GO and GCP.
• Took responsibility for delivering a product for transactional WhatsApp where I designed the consumer-producer architecture to increase the cross-team adaptability by keeping pre-processing and payloads uniform. Built the pricing logic by abiding by the guidelines from META and developed the rest of the functionality using Go, SpannerDB and Redis. Added caching layers on the monotonous DB calls and implement error handling.
• Closely monitored the above system by setting up load, infra, consumer lag and error rates metrics. Implemented rapid development based on the metrics and reports to increase the number of business users and avoid churn rates.

• Sendinblue is a SaaS solution for relationship marketing that offers a cloud-based marketing communication software suite with email marketing, transactional email, marketing automation, customer relationship management, landing pages, Facebook ads, retargeting ads, SMS marketing, and more.
• Member of CORE team, undertook tasks dealing with outgoing email delivery & stats such as Logging implementation, scrips development, middleware migration with best code practices & unit tests.
• 1. Took initiative to diagnose & migrated frequent occurring queries from Clickhouse to Bigtable resulting in a 40% drop in latency P95 and further decreasing network load on Clickhouse for our transactional platform.
• 2. Monitored Datadog APM & diagnosed high latency calls due to redundant, repetitive & unoptimized queries. I implemented a query optimization resulting in a 30% drop in latency in one of our microservices.
• 3. I was in charge of a potential production issue which was reported to a number of users and resulted in a huge number of tickets from the L1 team. Implemented a quick Fix for a short-term basis for impacted clients resulting in a huge decrease in the number of issues reports from the customer team. further planned a long-term solution for the same.
• 4. Solved L3 tickets raised by L2 team & customer support by always delivering the solution within SLA period with Excellent feedback ratings.
