I believe the best organisations grow when their people do — and honestly, that belief is what gets me excited about work every single day. Over the past 2+ years, I've had the joy of designing and delivering training programmes that actually stick. From hands-on classroom workshops to AR-based digital learning experiences, I love finding the right way to make knowledge land for real people in real contexts. Instructional design, blended learning, and LMS implementation aren't just things I do — they're problems I genuinely enjoy solving. I hold an MBA in HR from Liverpool Business School (UpGrad), and I'm certified in AI in HR through NPTEL (IIT/IISc). I've also written original research on Green HR strategy in India, because I think the future of HR has to take sustainability seriously — and I want to be part of shaping that. Something I don't talk about enough: my UPSC journey. It wasn't just an exam — it taught me how to think in frameworks, stay disciplined when things get hard, and approach complex problems with patience and structure. I carry all of that into my L&D and HR work. Right now, I'm looking for L&D, Training, or HR Generalist roles in Pune — somewhere I can genuinely contribute to a team that cares about its people. 😊
