As a Product Manager at Axis Bank, I lead the full product lifecycle of the new digital onboarding application for merchant onboarding and the new all-in-one payment acceptance application for all POS merchant needs. I analyzed large datasets, designed user journey maps and UI designs, and reimagined hiring processes and brand strategies for clients across different sectors such as steel, software, and FMCG. I have an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from IIFT, Delhi, and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from NIT Durgapur.
