I came into the product the long way. Started as a software engineer, moved into QA, led teams, and somewhere along the way realized I cared less about how things were built and more about who was struggling to use them. 13 years in B2B SaaS taught me that customers don't care about your architecture. They care about whether their day got easier. I've been building towards that ever since. At Confluent, I owned the cloud marketplace platform across AWS, GCP, and Azure, including leading the first-party Azure partnership end-to-end. At Matillion, I built their first SaaS product, learning the full lifecycle of launching, monetizing, and scaling a platform product.
