At Hedera > Hashgraph, reporting directly to the SVP Of HR, I stood up and led in-house recruiting through a spin-out and scale-up from 70 to 150 people while running as many as 15 roles at once and closing 49 hires in 2024. My lane: full-cycle technical recruiting- from crisp JDs and deep LinkedIn sourcing, to structured, up to deca-stage interview processes, to offer negotiations and smooth onboarding.   • At Hedera, I played a pivotal role in establishing the recruitment function from the ground up in a short time.
