Trade Dress Address Collection: I led the complete revamp of the Trade Dress flow to support scalable mailing address collection, a critical compliance requirement across 158 US markets. The redesign addresses a major block, ~25% of AnFT earners cited Trade Dress as their primary hurdle to becoming active. As a result, there was 2.5% overall increase in first 15 trips.
Auto-fetch for KYC documents: Implemented auto-fetch forKYC docs eliminating manual verification and saving $3.2M per month in operational costs.
Test Automation with Playwright: Took the initiative to migrate GSS manual test cases (all P0s, P1s, P2s flow) to Playwright-based frontend integration tests. Despite limited initial exposure to the flows, I independently discovered undocumented paths and ensured critical user journeys are now automatically validated.
