• Contributed Software engineering expertise developing products through the software lifecycle, from re- quirements definition through successful deployment.
• Multithreaded software development in applications to increase efficiency. Due to COVID-19 the traffic on the servers increased almost 50 times which backlogged the queues. Multithreading helped in using maxi- mum processing potential, clearing backlog, and processing real time which is essential for airline business.

• Created several adhoc scripts written in C# and using SQL for Qantas Airlines to automate process to gen- erate vouchers against cancelled purchased tickets during COVID-19 crisis which saving millions of dol- lars helping secure cash during the pandemic.
• Developed and supported a project called Flight Movement, notifying passengers with the latest flight up- dates when flight gets cancelled or delayed, processing real time input coming from airlines and queuing it to our processes written in Java using RabbitMQ.
• Developed and maintained backend(Java) and frontend(Angular) of an interactive product called Roadrun- ner for all airlines customers to enter config details for their products. This helped eliminate manually storing configs in XMLs and maintaining separate copy for each customer.and eliminating a lot of hard coding mak- ing services more scalable and customizable.
