I'm Atunu Sinha, Managing Partner of Alianza Consultants with 7+ years in Recruitment, Hiring, Campus Placement, Business Development, Client Coordination, Employee Engagement etc. I started my career as a Career Counsellor, as I love interacting with people and helping and guiding them. My 2nd Job was with a Jewellery Manufacturing Company as a Business Manager where I used to take care of Business Development, Recruitment, Client Coordination, Client Acquisition, Employee coordination etc. During this phase of time, I realized my real passion, my purpose, and my inclination. I started my journey as a "Talentpreneur" in the year 2016 with little funds in my account and Big hope and courage in my Heart I felt there was a huge gap b/w the right talent and organizations who are seeking such talent, that's where I came up with "Alianza" which in Spanish means "union or association formed for mutual benefit". My Vision is to Empower people and organizations to creatively solve complex problems that will impact society in meaningful ways and that's how we came up with HR Consultancy services. It's been more than 5 successful years, where we have placed more than 750+ candidates and worked with 50+ clients.
