About

I have spent over a decade figuring out how companies find great people, keep them, and help them lead. What started as recruiting turned into building complete systems for how organizations work with people. I design hiring processes that use data and AI to cut through the noise. I build ways to spot when good people might leave before it's too late. I create leadership programs that actually scale. And I shape cultures where growth doesn't have to hurt. I have led teams from a handful of people to operations across multiple markets, through funding rounds and leadership changes. Here's what I have learned : great culture isn't about free lunch or ping pong tables. It's about building a place where people can do their best work and grow faster than they imagined. Where feedback happens in real-time, decisions make sense, and everyone understands how their work matters. I use AI wherever it helps - reading through thousands of resumes to find the right ten people, catching early signs that culture is shifting, automating the boring stuff so leaders can focus on what's actually important. But I am just as focused on what AI can't do - the tough calls, the hard conversations, the culture choices that matter for years. I read psychology and organizational behavior research because patterns tell you what's coming. I study AI and how these models work because the future of work is being written right now. And honestly, I am learning as much from raising two young boys as from any book. If you are building a company where your people are your biggest advantage, where culture grows with you instead of breaking, and where AI makes humans better instead of replacing them, let's talk.
