I’m a recruiter at heart—with 15 years of global experience across the UK, Australia, USA, Europe and the Middle East—and a mission that’s stayed the same from day one: to help people and businesses realise their potential. I graduated with an LLB (Hons) in Law at 20 and kicked off my career in New York City, working in employment law. But I quickly realised I wanted to make an impact at a more grassroots level—helping people not just understand workplace rights, but actually get into the workplace. So I left the legal world behind and threw myself into tech and digital recruitment in London. That move changed everything. I found myself not only placing people into one of the most exciting and fast-moving industries of the century, but also breaking company billing records, leading award-winning teams, and mentoring new recruiters into becoming absolute weapons. Many of them now run their own successful recruitment agencies—and that lights me up. After a few years travelling the world, I landed in Bondi Beach and spent a stint in strategic sales within the RPO space before stepping out to have a baby. That year of mama life was the recharge I didn’t know I needed—and when I came back, I knew it was time to create something of my own.
